Video Surveillance Access Guide

Site video surveillance is accessed via the "EZVIZ" client. Follow these three steps to download, activate, and log in.

  1. 01

    Choose PC or mobile login

    For desktop, download the "EZVIZ Studio" client (Windows / Mac); for mobile, download the "EZVIZ" app. The legacy EZVIZ web version i.ys7.com requires the IE plugin and is not supported by modern browsers — please ignore.

  2. 02

    Obtain account and bind device

    Accounts are provisioned and authorized to sites by the project O&M manager. First-time use requires the administrator to share the DVR host with your account.

  3. 03

    Log in viewReal-time view

    After login, view multi-channel real-time streams and video playback for assigned sites, with PTZ direction control, zoom, and voice intercom.

Equipment offline and view anomalies pushed to mobile.

Division of responsibility with process control

Video Surveillance addresses "seeing the site." Process parameter limit alarms are the responsibility of the Process Control System — the two systems have independent, complementary data.
